Video Archive

The Diamonstein-Spielvogel Video Archives is part of the Diamonstein-Spielvogel collections, maintained and distributed by the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library, Duke University. Included are videos from seven of Dr. Diamonstein-Spielvogel’s television series about the arts, architecture, design, crafts, and public policy for the ABC/Arts & Entertainment Network, as well as from other programs for such national networks as CBS and NBC. Many of her television interviews were shown, as well, at two exhibitions at the Leo Castelli Gallery, New York City. The videos also document several other programs developed by Dr. Diamonstein-Spielvogel, including the Historic Landmarks Preservation Center’s Cultural Medallions Program, and the Diamonstein-Spielvogel Lecture Series at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C. The Diamonstein-Spielvogel Video Archive on YouTube, containing more than 200 of these interviews and videotaped events, is organized into the following playlists on a YouTube channel:
